the island itself was pretty nice, and the boat trip to get there was ok.
service felt quite slow and a bit disorganized. i asked for a king bed, but i got two beds pushed together instead. the curtains in the room let in too much sunlight, so it was hard to sleep in.

the island itself is impressively clean, especially for a beach resort. david, who assisted around the pool, was attentive and always ready to help. the restaurant i visited provided very high-quality cuisine and service. i appreciated the overall helpfulness of the staff.
The boat transfer to the island was slightly delayed. the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Really good Island Escape

I appreciated the smooth check-in process at the terminal. The boat ride to the island was quick and comfortable. Mr Muthu, my butler, greeted me upon arrival. The two-bedroom villa with a private pool was spacious and well-appointed.
The absence of alcohol served on the premises was a slight surprise.

Mr. Muthu, my butler, provided attentive service and was available 24/7. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Mr Zin, the waiter at Riva, was an excellent ambassador. Mr Eranga, a manager, ensured a positive experience.

the staff greeted me warmly and quickly processed my check-in.. the room had a spacious layout with comfortable seating. i found the variety of dining options excellent. the italian restaurant, riva, served authentic dishes with fresh ingredients.
the gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours.

honey stationpatchy seat covers
the buffet had everything from an indian corner to a honey station, it was a feast!!!
The buggy ride was not great. The bench cover looked like a patchy mix of black and gray. i think the seat covers need replacing.
